Something to aim for

I’ve been watching the International Space Station flying over my garden in London over the last few months. I used it as an excuse to try and learn how to use my camera to take photographs at night. There are a few of the results in my Flickr stream – some are quite nice.

I don’t care how stupid it is, but I always wave as the ISS passes overhead. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Anyway, one evening when I went out, the moon looked pretty splendid so I messed around with the settings to see what I could do. I’m actually pretty chuffed with this result!
